Quality Control Process
Stage 1
We are testing all valves before use.
Stage 2
Finished Dunnage airbags are leak-tested in flat walls.
Periodic on-site quality testing of random dunnage airbag samples using a burst rack and leak chambers to ensure that our airbags are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry.
Stage 3
We pressure test 10% of our level1-eco , Level1 production and 100% of our level2,level3,Level4 and Level5 production.
